What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in GBP.

What sizes are available?
Standard grip socks are unisex and one size UK 4-12.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be despatched, excluding weekends and public holidays. Generally, orders placed Monday - Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 working days. Orders placed Friday - Sunday will be processed on Monday and shipped within 1-2 working days. International order timeframes are available at checkout. 

What is your return policy?
We hope you love your order of Meraki Socks! All items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless faulty.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item is faulty on arrival, please email us with a description and photo to resolve this: info@meraki-clothing.com
Please ensure this is done within 48 hours of receiving your item.

If return shipping costs occur the customer is responsible. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
